Rezzy ("we," "us," or "our") operates tryrezzy.com. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data.
Resume data: When you upload or enter your resume, we process it in memory to generate your new resume. We do not permanently store your resume text or the generated PDF on our servers — processing happens in real-time and data is discarded after your session.
Email address: If you opt in to receive a link or subscribe to tips, we collect your email address. We never sell or share your email with third parties.
Payment data: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number.
Usage data: We collect anonymous analytics (page views, feature usage) via Google Analytics to improve the product.
We use your data solely to provide the resume building service, process payments, send transactional emails you requested, and improve our product.
We use Anthropic (Claude) for AI processing, Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, Cloudflare for security, Vercel for hosting, and Google Analytics for usage insights.
Resume content is processed in memory and not stored. Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Payment records are retained as required by law.
